My skin is pretty partial to Aveeno products (seriously their stuff is great, and it smells really fresh), which are found in most drugstores. Other favorites are St. Ives, Neutrogena, and Burt's Bees (they have an amazing sugar scrub). Just remember that your skin is the largest organ in your body, and it has one of the toughest jobs: protecting all of your other organs. The least you can do for it is take care of it while it's taking care of you.

I wish I learned years ago not to use soap! My skin changed completely once I switched to the Neutrogena wipes. Still learning not be be afraid of exfoliating.
I wasn't blessed with "good" skin, but medication helped a lot. But now, I avoid a lot of cokes, wash my face morning and night, adding toner into my routine, and I moisturize like no one's business. I was afraid to moisturize since I do have combo skin, but it's so much better now. And, it's amazing how much water makes a difference.
Washing off makeup every night is a huge one! I started doing it consistently when I was 20 but now I don't even remember what I did before. (I cringe thinking about how many times I went to sleep with makeup on my freshman year of college... yikes.) It's not for everyone, but using toner/astringent after I wash has been a big help for my skin, which turned zit-prone over the past year. Adult acne is NOT fun.
Oddly enough, soap is GOOD for me. I've used Dove soap on my face and body since I was old enough to shower alone and I have good skin. But yes, certain types can be drying. Or maybe I have magic skin :P just kidding, of course
Awesome post! I love my Clarisonic, it has been a game changer for my skin.
I want to get a scrubbie brush. I love those.
My skin has been in a full on revolt for the past 9 months or so. It's awful. I mean, to be honest with you it's mild... but to someone who used to have "normal" skin, it's incredibly frustrating and makes me feel like garbage about myself. I've found that zinc has actually helped the most!
Aveeno is pretty badass!
I love my Clairsonic soooo much
I really must remember to exfoliate. I have a clarisonic in my shower too I just forget. i have a dry patch in between my eyebrows too. Great reminder! Thanks!
I don't exfoliate my face like ever ugh! Need to start doing that!
nice tips☺ thanks for the share ♥
These are great simple tips. I just recently got a Clarisonic to use twice a week. I had noticed my skin seemed a little duller as I've gotten older. This has definitely helped. I love the St. Ives scrubs too though!
New reader here! I pretty much know these tips but sometimes get too lazy to follow them. I drink lots of water and always use sunscreen. Try to exfoliate once a week. I guess that's good enough.
