Friday Favorites

I was almost really excited when I started writing this post, because I thought I had blogged every day of the week. But then I realized I skipped Monday. Womp womp.
I've come to the conclusion that I really need to start utilizing Bloglovin' for these Friday Favorite posts so I can "like" the posts I want to feature and I don't have to pick my brain at the end of the week trying to remember which one's were my favorites. Maybe next week...

Favorite Blog Posts

Juliette wrote a post about her Grandmother turning 98. I read it and it brought me to tears, I attribute a lot of that to the fact that we lost my Grandma a little over two years ago. This post was a beautiful reminder that we should cherish our time with our loved ones.

Autumn wrote about playing the mom card when giving advice to her friend on his first..... experience with something. I'll let you click that link to find out what it was. I hope you'll read it because it is absolutely hilarious and also wise.

Hannah gave us a great how-to post on frozen smoothies. Something I definitely need to start trying - it takes so long to make one in the morning that I never will do it. If they're already pre made though, all I need to do is pop them in! Plus, fresh fruit tastes soooo much better than the pre made stuff you get at the store!


Favorite Video

This video is seriously the best thing since sliced bread. I started it, knowing it was 25 minutes long, but thinking I would just stop after a few minutes. After all, who can really watch cats for TWENTY FIVE minutes straight? Well, as it turns out, I can. And I bet you can too.

My own favorite post: This is actually from last week, but I really enjoyed writing my rebuttal to the "23 Things to do Instead of getting Engaged" post. What I enjoyed more was reading everyone's responses and different opinions! It really sparked some interest and started a lot of conversation that I really enjoyed, and I'm glad the post was received so well.
