Lately

Lately I've been MIA in blog-land. The thing about blogging is you have to write. A lot. And for a lil' ole blogger like myself, who doesn't write sponsor posts or review posts or make gorgeous outfits out of trash bags (obviously exaggerating) means I've got to pretty much come up with 100% of my content, and sometimes my brain just can't handle it. Like after sitting in a class room for 6 hours then driving 2 hours on top of that to get home. Definitely leads to mushy brain. Or maybe it was all of that combined with the three day weekend. Who knows. My point is, sometimes coming up with a post idea sucks major cojones. Does anyone else have this problem??

Lately, I've realized I hate studying just as much (or maybe even more) as the last time I was in college. Seriously, its 2013, hasn't someone invented some kind of juice or pill that will just give you knowledge... or something. Studying is for the birds.

Lately Derek and I have been doing a lot more house hunting, and making the next step toward purchasing a house of our own. I really wish we could just fast-forward to the actual living-in-the-house part without having to go through the approval/looking/moving/fixing process that goes with buying a home.

Lately ALL I can think about is my old college roommate, and very best friend's wedding this weekend!
